EngineWorks Adds Experienced Talent to Fulfillment Department

Three Professionals Join Proven Search Marketing Team

PORTLAND, Ore. (August 5, 2009) - EngineWorks, Inc. The Company is very pleased to have Joanna Bell, Dan Niska, and Michelle Blum join its established team of search marketing experts.

Joanna Bell, a former Search Engine Marketing Specialists at Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM), brings multi-discipline search marketing experience to EngineWorks, and is the Company's inaugural Senior Production Specialist. During several years at Acxiom, a global interactive marketing services company with offices in twelve (12) countries, Ms. Bell was responsible for professional integration and management of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns for some of the largest companies on the Internet.

In addition to her significant interactive media and Paid Search marketing experience, Joanna also gained the fundamentals of professional branding and marketing during two years at Nike, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon. As the inaugural Senior Production Specialist at EngineWorks, she is responsible for creating and maintaining efficient systems and structures to deliver the Company's advanced online customer acquisition services. Ms. Bell earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, Oregon.

Dan Niska, the Company's inaugural Production Specialist, also brings numerous years of professional search marketing experience and expertise to the Fulfillment Department at EngineWorks. Prior to joining EngineWorks, Mr. Niska held the title of Search Marketing Specialist at Euro RSCG Edge in Portland, Oregon. In this position, he created and managed Paid Search Marketing campaigns for this regional agency of Euro RSCG Worldwide, a leading integrated marketing communications agency consisting of 233 offices located in 75 countries.

Mr. Niska acquired his search marketing acumen during more than five years at TrafficLeader, Inc., a Search Engine Marketing company wholly owned by Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX). With a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, Dan is well-equipped to excel in his new career at EngineWorks.

Michelle Blum, who comes to EngineWorks with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon, is the Company's newest Account Strategist. Ms. Blum recently held the position of Senior Graphic Designer & Web Developer at Scarab Media, a leading developer of Web site solutions in Southern Oregon since 1998.

Over the past several years, Ms. Blum has also owned and managed a freelance multimedia design company that delivers Web site design, video production, and streaming media development. She is proficient in multiple Web development and multimedia languages and applications.
