Mastering search engine marketing is a discipline learned over many years, and through many trials and triumphs. Our executive team members are seasoned Internet veterans with more than a decade of professional SEM experience. In addition to founding and working at successful search marketing companies, we have dedicated significant portions of our lives to understanding the intricacies and inner workings of today's most sophisticated strategies and techniques.


Sean McMahon

President and Chief Executive Officer

EngineWorks co-founder, Sean McMahon, oversees all business aspects of the Company, including strategic planning, corporate direction, and day-to-day operations. In 1999, Sean was a founding member of the management team at TrafficLeader, Inc., a world-renowned search marketing company. He, and his former partners, profitably grew this company for several years, until it was acquired by Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX) in October 2003.

At his former SEM company, Sean was instrumental in the co-creation of the world's first Paid Inclusion program, and was directly responsible for forging certified partnerships with all major engines. His firm's professional standards, and strict respect for relevancy, enabled SEM to become a legitimate interactive advertising channel. Sean has instilled this same level of sophistication, responsiveness, and aptitude at EngineWorks.

Mr. McMahon has successfully launched, managed, and sold four (4) diverse companies over the past two decades. He began his career as Brand Manager at Anheuser-Busch, Inc., and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Sean is also a founding Director of Search Engine Marketing Professionals of Portland, an organization based in Portland, Oregon whose mission is to inform and educate regional businesses on the benefits of SEM to bottom line revenue.

Kent Schnepp

Chief Strategy Officer

Since our inception, EngineWorks co-founder Kent Schnepp, has been responsible for the design, structure, and improvement of systems to deliver our world-class search marketing services to online commercial entities and interactive media agencies.

With more than a decade of Internet marketing experience, Mr. Schnepp possesses extensive search marketing knowledge, and is a recognized expert in site optimization and development. In addition to overseeing our Search Strategies Department, Kent continuously focuses on enhancing the quality of processes, infrastructure, and best practices to ensure that our services exceed client success metrics.

Prior to co-founding EngineWorks, Kent was founder and president of a successful online media agency focused on site design and Web applications for both large and small commercial entities. In addition to owning this agency, Kent was Art Director for three years at MLS, Inc., a leading online catalog publisher.

Mr. Schnepp has also been a successful independent design/development contractor focused on implementing content management systems and creative marketing strategies for small-to-medium-sized companies. Kent earned is Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Design from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon.

Paul Mardesich

Chief Financial Officer

Paul Mardesich is responsible for financial supervision and guidance of the Company. He brings more than twenty (20) years of new venture management, business finance direction, and operational experience to EngineWorks. Most recently, Paul has been founder and president of Golf503.com, an Internet services company that provides online golf reservations and interactive tee-time scheduling management for golf courses throughout Oregon and New Mexico.

Prior to launching Golf503.com, Paul was an advisor and interim Chief Financial Officer at the search marketing company co-founded by Sean McMahon. In his roles at this former SEM firm, Paul was instrumental in securing and managing initial investments into the company, and providing professional review and direction over day-to-day finances. He has also been an investor and advisor to several other Internet and technology companies during the past decade.

Prior to his experience in the online search industry, Paul joined Claremont Technology Group, Inc., a systems integration company, in its start-up phase. He participated in numerous capacities as a member of Claremont's executive team and Board of Directors. He held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Administration and Development. Claremont launched a successful initial public offering (IPO) in July 1996.


Mike Rosenberg

Vice President of Client Acquisition

As Vice President of Client Acquisition at EngineWorks, Mike Rosenberg is responsible for overseeing all revenue initiatives from new and existing clients. Mike brings the extensive selling skills and media agency experience necessary to continue adding new online companies to our current roster of valued clients.

Prior to joining EngineWorks, Mr. Rosenberg was the Vice President of Sales and Client Services for Global Events Group, an events marketing company located in Portland, Oregon that produces several of the largest events in the Pacific Northwest, including the Mazda Champ Car Grand Prix.

Before his move to Global Events Group, Mike founded and managed Rosenberg Marketing, LLC, a sales and marketing agency servicing regional clients such as the Portland Marathon, FIRST Robotics Competition, and American Le Mans. In addition, Mike was also the Managing Director of the 2005 U.S. Figure Skating Championships and Marketing Director at the Oregon Sports Authority.

A Portland, Oregon native, Mike graduated from the University of Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration through the Lundquist College of Business. He is an active member of the Police Activities League of Greater Portland (PAL) Board of Directors and President of the PAL Development Board. In 2005 Mike was honored as a recipient of the Portland Business Journal's Forty Under 40, which recognizes exceptional performers in their industry and in the community under the age of 40.

Angela Yost

Director of Client Acquisition

Angela Yost, an industry veteran with more than half-a-decade of professional SEM experience, is responsible for Client Acquisition initiatives including new client implementation and management. Ms. Yost, who joined EngineWorks in early 2006, mastered her superior sales and customer service skills as Senior Account Executive at Atlas Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of aQuantive, Inc., which was purchased by Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) in 2007.

While in this former role at Atlas Solutions, Angela was directly responsible for revenue realization through large online commercial entities and Interactive media agencies. In addition to extensive sales experience at Atlas Solutions, Angela was instrumental in contributing to the rapid expansion of GO TOAST, LLC, the former Paid Search management applications firm which became Atlas Solutions when it was acquired by aQuantive, Inc. in December 2003.

Along with client acquisition responsibilities at these former online search companies, Angela performed various roles including professional training, account management, and forward-facing activities at industry tradeshows and conferences. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Angela also participated in an overseas study program at the University of Westminster in London, England.

Scott Fish

Director of Search

Scott Fish, in his role as Director of Search, is responsible for responsible for imparting his advanced knowledge of search marketing strategies to all members of the Company's professional Fulfillment Department. In addition, he oversees all client relationship and account management functions in his role as Account Strategy Manager. Along with his extensive knowledge of SEM best practices, Mr. Fish is fully proficient in the latest Natural SEO techniques and strategies, including advanced Link Building, proper code structure, and enhanced content creation.

Prior to joining EngineWorks, Scott was the Domain Sales and Acquisitions Manager for Dotster, Inc., one of the world's largest Internet domain registrars. In this previous position, he managed a portfolio of more than half-a-million online domains. In addition to his experience at Dotster, Scott has also been founder and president of his own search engine optimization company since April 2005.

At his first SEO company, Scott mastered legitimate Natural optimization strategies and techniques including in-depth keyword research, link-building campaigns, site architecture analysis, and search engine indexing. A Portland native, Mr. Fish received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Oregon State University. Also, Scott is a Cisco Certified Network Assistant (CCNA).

Joanna Bell

Production Manager

Joanna Bell, an interactive media agency veteran with several years of professional SEM experience, is responsible for overseeing the advanced team of search marketing experts in our Production Department at EngineWorks. During her tenure as the Search Engine Marketing Specialist at Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM), a global interactive marketing services company with offices in twelve (12) countries, Ms. Bell was responsible for the professional integration and management of campaigns for some of the largest and most successful companies on the Internet.

In addition to her significant online media and Paid Search Marketing experience, Joanna also gained the fundamentals of professional branding and marketing during two (2) years of employment at Nike, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon. With her expert knowledge of efficient project management and systems design, Ms. Bell is spearheading the integration of efficacious work-flow processes and streamlined campaign management within our Production Department.

Joanna initially joined our team as the inaugural Senior Production Specialist at EngineWorks, where she was responsible for creating and maintaining efficient systems and structures to deliver the Company's advanced online customer acquisition services to our clients. Ms. Bell earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, Oregon.
