SEMpdx Article on Search Engine Land
July 10, 2007An excellent article written by Todd Mintz, a fellow founding board member of Search Engine Marketing Professionals of Portland, also known as SEMpdx, has been posted today on Danny Sullivan’s Search Engine Land. This article provides real insight into recommended ways for individuals new to the world of online search marketing to acquire search engine marketing skills and knowledge.
SEMpdx is an active organization founded for the purpose of educating businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest on the benefits of search marketing. In addition, as one of the first search marketing associations in the country, SEMpdx offers a professional resource for search marketing employers, employees, and prospective employees.
Given the outstanding credentials of SEMpdx, Todd realized that an article containing recommendations from the search marketing experts who make-up the association’s board of directors would be exceptionally valuable, especially to people just getting their feet wet in our industry. Thus, he posed the question “What is the best way for a newbie to learn search engine marketing?†to each SEMpdx board member.
This informative article can be read on SearchEngineGuide.
As you will discover, our very own Kent Schnepp, EngineWorks Vice President, Director of Operations, contributed an insightful response to Todd’s question in this article.
EngineWorks is proud to be associated with SEMpdx, and encourages all Pacific Northwest businesses to take advantage of the resources and events offered by our outstanding professional association.
